All Products are described as accurately as possible. Variations in colour, texture, or packaging may occur. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where a Product is out of stock or its price was listed incorrectly.
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver Australia‑wide and to selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Zinnj Pty Ltd is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.
5. Returns and Refunds

Returned Products must be in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
6. Use of Products
Our anti‑slip strips are designed for residential bathrooms and similar wet areas. Their effectiveness depends on proper installation and surface preparation. You must follow the installation instructions provided with the product. Zinnj Pty Ltd does not guarantee that the use of these strips will completely prevent slips, falls, or injuries.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Zinnj Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use the Products or this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Products is limited to the price you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
